Spring in Paris

Bonjour!

Spring is here and Paris is so beautiful! Flowers are in bloom, the sun is out and I am LOVING it! The weather has been perfect the last few days and I have taken full advantage of the sunshine. Saturday, Linnea and I went to a very famous restaurant called Angelina's. It's mainly known for their delectable pastries and chocolat chaud (hot chocolate).  And they boast that Coco Chanel was a regular there. It is also a favorite of Oprah's so naturally, we were very excited! Linnea and I both ordered the hot chocolate and boy, oh, boy was it amazing. It was like drinking melted chocolate. It was thick, creamy and incredibly rich. I couldnt finish my tea cup because it was just too much. Which says a lot because it is a big family joke that when I make hot cocoa at home, I put three times the amount of chocolate than is called for. I was blown away! My family is on "holiday" right now and I was going to go with them to Marsailles but, my cousin Kristi, who just moved to London is coming to visit tomorrow! I can't wait to explore more of Paris with her. So expect LOADS of pictures!
